Our Christmas stay at this hotel was a great value for money. the location was fantastic with a big shopping center and a 7-11 across the street. the room was very spacious, which was a welcome surprise.
Although the hotel room was spacious, it could have been cleaner as there were spider webs and dust.

The hotel location couldn't be better, located in the heart of the city where you can find a lot of shops and restaurants. , the size of the room was great, with a big toilet and a refrigerator that helped us store our drinks. the room was equipped with a TV which was perfect for watching Christmas specials.
The hotel could improve on the staff service, as they seemed unmotivated and not so interested in helping guests with their needs. , the room had a lot of dust and spider webs which gave the impression that it had not been occupied in a long time.

The staff was extremely helpful in arranging transportation, and even declined a tip. The room was spacious, with a large toilet, refrigerator, TV, and dining table. The location was perfect, right across from a shopping center and downtown area.
